With just one booking we will:
Organise the appropriate booking with international shipping line.
Deliver the appropriate removalist packing materials to your home for you to pre-pack.
On the pre-arranged day (usually a Friday for you to be able to load over the weekend) deliver a shipping container onto your front verge via sidelifter truck (subject to there be no access restrictions power lines etc).
Complete all export formalities with the appropriate authorities shipping line, ports, customs and wharf.
Collect the container via side-lifter truck and deliver directly to the wharf for carriage to your overseas destination at a fraction of the cost of a full service removalist.
Yes, we can also provide full insurance for your valuable items, and will give you a full removalist style packing list for you to itemise your goods for your (and our) records.
How are we able to keep prices so low and still provide a quality service?
We already have all the infrastructure in place as we have serviced local and overseas import/exporters for many years. Our experienced export department has handled shipments for all segments of the business community and private shippers for years, and with our volume and contract rates in place can pass on much of this savings to those moving their homes overseas.
Upon arrival at your destination port, we will put you in contact with our overseas representatives who will prepay the shipping line charges on your behalf and put you in touch with the customs department for you to finalise your clearance OR you can have them complete all these formalities and delivery to your door on your behalf.
What is the difference between pack your own and an international removalist? We are international forwarders who specialise in the most cost effective and reliable methods of moving goods from point a to point b on a daily basis. Removalists specialise in packing and co-ordinating the transport of your goods but often use the services of a specialist international forwarder.
